we are here to inspire you towards living a full and grateful life. You only get one chance.

Our purpose

At the beginning of 2018 we knew we wanted to do two things. 1.) savor the life we have together, and 2.) stop wasting so much time.
Have you ever found yourself on New Year's Eve asking, what the heck did I do this year? How did that all go so fast? I have nothing to show for 365 days?

We believe in taking every chance you've got to create a life full of meaning, thoughtful memories, and endless wonder. We believe you shouldn't spend 40+ years doing the same thing over and over and never leave your home state. It can seem pretty out of reach to be able to travel, take long weekends, and enjoy good food across the country or even the world. But we want to show you that it's not as hard as some can make it seem, and that if you want to experience culture and nature, all you have to do is start.

On our blog, you'll find travel locations you can visit, tips on how to budget for vacations, vlogs from our YouTube channel, the gear we use, lots of local love from our home in Northwest Arkansas, and lots of talks about love and marriage, because we're big fans.

Life is short, so, we hope every blog post and video inspires you to see the world and take risks to do what you love.

The words "No Matter The Years" are from one of our favorite songs by Penny & Sparrow called "Bones"

It says:
no matter the years,
my heart is yours

and I know I'll break down
and I know that you will crumble

but part of me's unending, hear it say...
I love you... I love you... I love you...

And it so perfectly speaks to what we're passionate about. Love. Time. Each other. And never giving up.

OUR PERSONAL STORIES

Hey there, I'm Noah

I moved a lot in my childhood; not much has changed in my adult years. After much hopping around when I was younger, I spent the majority of my teen years in the foothills of the Ozark mountains in Oklahoma, which sparked my love for the outdoors and natural landscapes. My father handed me a camera at the age of 16 and from there I couldn't help but capture life and all its moments through living and still frames.

Many terrible videos and photos later, and a high school diploma in my hand, I knew I wouldn't be satisfied in a career that was outside of the camera realm. I then applied to a film program in Grand Rapids, MI, which became the starting point of my filmmaking career.

For the last few years I have made a living in several states working freelance in the film/tv industry and currently reside as a filmmaker at an agency in NW Arkansas.

I always have loved travel, nature, and good food. I'm excited to be able to do all of this now with my wife, and even more ecstatic to have you follow our story.

Hey there, I'm Lydiah

I grew up one of 8 siblings in southwest Missouri on my parents land. It taught me how much family, memories, and having fun together is.

In 2013 I started photographing for myself and realized how much I enjoyed it. For a while I lived in denial and didn't want to call myself a "photographer". It wasn't until someone in my community offered to teach me a few things about his commercial photography studio business that I realized it truly was something I wanted to pursue.

For 4.5 years I photographed weddings and portrait work professionally, and now, I'm incorporating a lot more lifestyle work and imagery for online brands and small businesses.

I somehow said yes to meeting someone I hardly knew anything about in Fayetteville, Arkansas, and now he's my husband and this is our home! (you can read more of that story here)

My greatest motive and joy is life itself and seeing the beauty in a world which can be so dark. Simply put, I'm grateful to be alive. And there is so much to be thankful for.
